  The human body is manifestation of light and sound energy. The science of colors explain how different wavelengths effect our moods and energies.

  Each of the 7 chakras in our body are the seats of well being and spirit, These chakras pulsate with  different colors and resonate to different vibrations of sound and is often seen as the Aura round the body.



   Aura thus consists of 7 distinct rays of pure color of 7 distinct wavelengths and 7 different sounds and energy.

A healthy body with well balanced Chakras is represented by a healthy glowing Aura as opposed to a muddy black, torn or fragmented Aura which represents a disturbance in physical, mental or spiritual health.



   Thus it is this knowledge that we can harness the universal energy of light and color for our Physical and mental well being which has been used by astrologers, Ayurveda practitioners and ancient yogis.
